Meet Danielle

Hi, I'm glad you're here. Most clients seek me out because they are experiencing a challenging life transition, whether it be in elementary school, teen years or adulthood. I am also skilled in working with ADHD teens and adults and understand the impact on relationships and self-esteem. I work with individuals, couples and families. When life gets difficult sometimes anxiety, stress, grief, change and depression feel overwhelming. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming. Together we will develop a plan to help you feel better and move to a place of compassion and acceptance.

I graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2022 with my Masters in Counseling. I have experience working with a diverse client population in community mental health before working in private practice. I have worked with clients from 5-80 years old. Prior to earning my graduate degree, I earned my Bachelors from Cal State University Long Beach in Criminal Justice. After careful consideration, I realized I wanted to use my skills in the mental health field. I am eclectic in my approach pulling from person centered, narrative and cognitive behavioral therapy but above all, I am relational with my clients.

I am supervised by Beth Holder LMFT. I can be reached at danielle@holderwellness.com or (949) 441-0110. I am in network with Cigna and my out of network rate is $150.
