SUPERVISED BY BETH HOLDER LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST & Tiffany osterhaudt licensed marriage and family therapist

You deserve to feel supported.

I believe healing begins within a safe, attuned relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply seen, respected, and supported — a place where you can exhale and show up just as you are. I work with preteens, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity development, and life transitions.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in LGBTQ+ Studies from Chapman University. My clinical work has included providing individual therapy to college students and co-facilitating a 15-week Self-Compassion psychotherapy group focused on building emotional resilience and self-awareness. I have also supported students in crisis through advocacy and volunteer work with Crisis Text Line.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I honor the wisdom of the nervous system and move at a pace that feels safe and steady. Together, we will work to build insight, strengthen your inner resources, and support meaningful, sustainable growth.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey. I am supervised by Beth Holder LMFT and Tiffany Osterhaudt LMFT and my out of network rate is $150. I am in network with Cigna, United Health Care and Optum.
