We will create a collaborative and empowering space

I’m a compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and I bring a warm, collaborative approach to therapy that is grounded in connection, curiosity, and care.

My training is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and mind-body practices, and trauma-informed care. These approaches allow me to support clients in exploring their inner worlds with greater clarity, self-compassion, and resilience. I’m especially passionate about working with those navigating anxiety, relational challenges, grief, chronic illness, and neurodivergence.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a recreational therapist, which deeply shaped my holistic view of healing and well-being. I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University, where I graduated summa cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Originally from the East Coast, I bring both Southern warmth and West Coast perspective to my work. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and empowering space—one where you can show up as your full self, deepen your awareness, and move toward meaningful change.
