EMDR certification hours, complex trauma consultation, and clinical and business support for new & growing therapists.
Our work can sometimes feel incredibly overwhelming and isolating.
Whether you're pursuing licensure, expanding your work with complex trauma, or building confidence with EMDR, I’m here to help you feel less “stuck” and more steady in your work.
This is a non-shaming environment focused on your growth: clinically, professionally, and personally. You can show up honestly, ask the hard questions, and deepen your understanding of the work you're doing with clients. I tailor my support to your needs and experience so every session feels both useful and relevant to your goals.

Therapists are trained to hold space for others—but that doesn’t mean you should have to hold it all by yourself.
You might be here because you’re…
Struggling to figure out how to pace EMDR with clients who’ve experienced significant trauma
Unsure how to conceptualize complex cases, or feeling anxious about “getting it wrong”
Running into the limits of what grad school prepared you for—and wishing you had more guidance
Feeling isolated in your practice or unsure how to grow your confidence
Questioning your instincts and looking for feedback that’s thoughtful and enlightening
Trying to juggle the demands of private practice while still developing your clinical identity
Wishing you had more clarity, direction, and a place to ask the hard questions
Why work with me?
My name is Beth Holder.
I’ve been in the field long enough to know that supervision and consultation can make or break a therapist’s confidence—and I take that responsibility seriously.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I bring a rare combination of deep clinical expertise, group practice ownership, non-profit exposure, and real-world understanding to this work. I’ve built a practice, lead a team, and sat with some of the most difficult clinical presentations therapists face.
When we work together, you won’t be met with judgment or ego—just honest, practical feedback from someone who genuinely wants to see you grow. Here, your questions are welcomed, your growth is celebrated, and your development as a clinician is always the top priority.
What you can take away from this experience:
A stronger sense of clarity and clinical direction
A better understanding of how to apply EMDR with complex trauma
Insight into dissociation, parts work, and pacing in trauma treatment
Increased confidence in handling challenging clinical moments
Practical skills for managing the logistics of private practice
Strategies to prevent burnout and increase sustainability
A nuanced understanding of trauma-informed care
Clearer boundaries and a deeper connection to clinical intuition

You and your clients deserve the best.
