I am a compassionate and supportive therapist and look forward to working with you. My style is nurturing, supportive and direct. I offer a challenging and non-judgmental space for clients.

I work with children, teens, couples, families and individual adults. I have extensive experience and training in child development from birth through adolescence. I utilize play therapy for young children and also incorporate other eclectic approaches for adolescents and adults depending on the needs of my clients. I enjoy working with clients with complex trauma and dissociative disorders. I am EMDR trained and in the third year of Somatic Experiencing training.

I have a graduate degree in Special Education and a degree from the Townsend Institute in Clinical Counseling. Before becoming a therapist, I worked for several years with neurodiverse children and families.

I have a special interest in working with women and single mothers. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.  My rate is $175 for a 50 minute session.
