Helping individuals of all ages discover their strengths, navigate life's challenges, and build meaningful connections

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity about each person's unique story. I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients can show up as they are, explore their experiences without judgment, and begin to develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults across the lifespan. I have a special appreciation for working with teens and understand that adolescence can be a time of tremendous change, uncertainty, and self-discovery. Whether navigating friendships, family relationships, school pressures, anxiety, or questions about identity and belonging, I want young people to feel that they have a supportive place to work through life's challenges. I also enjoy supporting adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and important life transitions.

My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, and mindfulness. I am particularly interested in understanding how our experiences shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others. I believe that approaching these experiences with compassion rather than judgment can open the door to meaningful growth and lasting change.

I am a Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist (CSTS) and have completed additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems-informed care. My clinical experience includes providing school-based therapy to adolescents ages 11–18, facilitating therapeutic groups focused on anxiety management, coping skills, and mindfulness, and supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, grief, and relational trauma.

I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University and my Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from Arizona State University. I feel privileged to be part of each client's journey and believe that therapy can be a place not only to work through difficult experiences, but also to discover strengths, build meaningful connections, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

I am supervised by Beth Holder LMFT and TIffany Osterhaudt LMFT. My out of network rate is $150. I am in network with Cigna, United Health Care and Optum.
